Navigating IntraOralScan interface


The supplied software program - IntraOralScan not only manages the order information, but also assists you in acquiring digital impressions of teeth and soft-tissue areas.

IntraOralScan is capable of exporting the scan data(in STL/OBJ format) to CAD/CAM systems for different purposes of dental care.
It can be used to scan a single tooth, multiple teeth, and whole dental arches.






Smart & Easy-to-use IMU


An IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit)-based scanner.
You can directly perform the scan by swinging the scanner twice  gently and select from the menu. It is capable of tracking the movement of the scanner and recognizing the real-time gesture.

Five Pre-design Highlights


1. Adjust Coordinate

Adjust Coordinateallows you to define a unified standard to be adopted. Holding the mouse button and dragging to rotate or pan the scanned data, and adjust the position of the model.


2.  Mark Teeth
Mark Teeth allows you to manually mark the teeth corresponding to the tooth numbers on the displayed diagram of arches. This is for accurately applying further post-process tasks to the specified teeth, including extracting the margins and checking the undercuts.
3.  Extract Margin Line
Extract Margin Line automatically detects the edges of the tooth and generates the margin lines. To extract the margins of a tooth, you shall add 4 control points by double-clicking along the outer margin edge of the specified tooth. The tool will automatically create margin lines between each click.
4.  Check Undercut
Check Undercut automatically measures and analyzes the undercut area according to the insertion direction. The blue arrow indicates your current viewing angle of the scan, and the colored area on the scanned model indicates the undercut area.


5.  Check Bite

Check Bite allows you to examine and modify the inter-occlusal distance between the arches.The color chart on the left side indicates different distances between the arches.
